These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our barbershop establishment. By booking appointments, receiving services, or accessing our facilities, you explicitly agree to comply with all terms outlined herein. If you disagree with any provision, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
Clients must arrive punctually for scheduled appointments and provide accurate personal information during booking. You are required to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities that may affect service delivery. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, intoxication, or disruptive conduct, will result in immediate service termination without refund.
Our barbershop provides professional grooming services including haircuts, beard trimming, and styling consultations. Services are performed by licensed professionals using industry-standard equipment and products. We reserve the right to refuse service if hair or scalp conditions require medical attention, or if requested styles may cause damage to your hair or scalp health.
Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
All proprietary cutting techniques, styling methods, brand names, logos, and creative works displayed within our establishment remain the exclusive intellectual property of our barbershop. Photography or video recording of our premises, staff, or techniques without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
Any promotional materials, before-and-after photographs, or testimonials created during your service experience may be used for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt-out in writing.
While we maintain the highest professional standards, our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products when proper disclosure was not provided by the client. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for services on the date of the incident.
Payment is due upon service completion and may be made via cash, credit card, or approved digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds are not provided for completed services; however, we will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate service concerns through complimentary corrections within 48 hours of original service.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with local arbitration rules. These terms are governed by local jurisdiction laws, and any legal proceedings must be initiated within one year of the disputed incident.
By continuing to use our services, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits and agree to individual arbitration proceedings.
Personal information collected during service booking and delivery is used solely for appointment scheduling, service customization, and customer communication. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data and do not sell personal information to third parties.
